While there are a variety of beliefs about how the mechanism comes to work in our lives, the correlations and reflections it can show us are both vast & tangible.
Integrative astrology offers an embodied, trauma-informed scaffold through which to explore the astrological archetypes within & around us.
Where pop astrology has become a playful access point into the craft, integrative astrology grounds the concepts into languages, philosophies and ways of being that unfurl deeper changes, evolutions & affirmations in ones life.
Statement of Justice
Astrology brings us back to the land. The seasons are reflected in the sky, and the sky is reflected in us.
Astrology brings us back to climate action. As we attune more deeply to our environments, we recognise our responsibility in undoing the exploitation of the natural world.
Astrology brings us back to environmental justice. Indigenous people across the world have understood these natural systems far longer than us of the West have cared to know.
Astrology and First Nations justice are thus deeply interconnected.
When the light from our cities drowns out the stars, preventing indigenous people from connecting to Sky Country, astrology & First Nations justice are deeply interconnected.
When our society is built upon the oppression of Aboriginal & Torres Strait people, and the normalised lie that we are not responsible for this harm, astrology & First Nations justice are deeply interconnected.
May our astrological practices honour the lineages of the craft and understand its relevance to present-day harm. May we share our joys for astrology in ways liberate us all.

✹ similar to a traditional reading, additionally integrating the body through consent-led guided prompts, for welcoming the whole Self into session, and integrating topics, themes or emotions as they arise
✹ benefits of integrating the body can include increased feeling of calm & openness, capacity for other guidance (such as body wisdom or spiritual experiences) to emerge in the session, deeper or more specific questions & insights, deeper processing of information, and possibly richer relational experience

✹ transits refer to the planets as they are in a moment in time, and how they converse with your birth chart - which come to reflect your experiences and the divine teachings within them
✹ reviewing the transits can support in the understanding & integration of experiences past, present or anticipated
✹ in our transit reading we sink deeply into the nuances of how the transits of a period of time connect with your birth chart, and what unique guidance they reveal
✹ sessions are focused on emotional, embodied, archetypal, mythological & rhythmic supports as expressed through the signatures of each planetary conversation, rather than predicting specific events or external happenings
✹ you can bring a specific question to the session, or open a general reflection on particular areas of life
✹ Solar Return charts may also be incorporated into sessions, which are a prediction chart that forecasts your “solar return year” as marked by your birthday
✹ 30 minute sessions are recommended for focusing on particular new or full moons, a retrograde period or time frames under 3 months
✹ 60 Minute sessions are better suited for broader time frames such as the year ahead, or reflecting on multiple experiences or areas of life, such as a Saturn Return

We as humans are energetic layers to the ecosystems of nature, alongside astrology, our favourite natural environments and more.
As we return "therapy" to its roots in community & amongst nature, each service is recommended to book with an underlined intention to connect with nature.
This might look like connecting on zoom while outdoors or surrounded by symbols of nature, speaking a prayer or intention to the elements before we begin, or another ritual or idea you may have.
You are welcome to reach out via email to co-plan these session gestures if it resonates.
